I am Hugo Soria owner, of Hugo Soria and Co., and we have been practicing Architectural designs for a few decades here Laguna Beach, and the nearby Coastal areas.
My family is from South America and as diplomats traveled during my youth, learning about people, places and cultures throughout the world. I am forever grateful for what that education gave me.

I majored in several disciplines and finally Architecture and Art here in California as I continued to travel the world and have always come “alive” so to speak when I have opportunities to utilize my eye for art and design. My mind is overflowing with so many designs and styles throughout the world that you can see, I bring into my Architectural designs.

Throughout the years I have hand painted renderings of my designs and with current technology our company can create CAD drawings on behalf of the client as well as governing agencies.

Every Architectural design my company brings into fruition considers my client’s style, the community, as well as surrounding environments. It is a joy to see over 400 various homes as well as commercial creations throughout Laguna Beach, and the coastal areas.

Due to our extensive history in Architecture, as well as exposure and experience in every scenario of designing new homes, remodeling, additions, ADUs and commercial buildings, there is no project too small or too large.We are able to facilitate consultations that will familiarize you with your needs, such as considering how to develop the desired property. Once you decide to pursue a project, we are able to facilitate the necessary team of engineering consultants, permit facilitators etc.
